Please submit orders
on letterhead or purchase order. All orders over $50.00 must be prepaid.
Three trade references, one open SMALL PRESS account and one bank reference
will be required to qualify for credit. |
| SHIPPING |
All orders FOB Toronto.
Shipments under 50kg will be made by least expensive way unless otherwise
requested. Shipments over 50kg sent via ground freight collect.

| SHORTAGES |
Please notify us of any
shortages or non-receipt within 45 days of order date. |
| DAMAGES |
Books damaged in transit
are not the publisher's responsibility. Please make your claim to the carrier.
If you require insurance on your shipment, please specify with order. |
| FACTORY
DAMAGES |
Books obviously damaged
in printing may be returned within 60 days for full credit on accounts receivable
and full refund on paid accounts. |
| RETURNS
|
Our books are fully returnable.
Books in saleable condition may be returned for credit on accounts receivable
and cash on paid accounts not less than 90 days nor more than 12 months
from invoice date. Due to the continuous promotional support offered on
"The Ultimate Shopper" we request that returns be postponed for
60 days beyond your usual return period to allow the opportunity for maximum
exposure. |
