These cards were printed on golden yellow bond two to a sheet and mailed with all review copies of the book. we created a special 8-1/2"x5-1/2" letterhead for the purpose which I have attempted to outline here. The text was all phototypeset and centered for a professional look. The humor was added on the assumption that book reviewers are intelligent people who don't need to be told when fun is being had.
